About Jeton
The privately-held UK-based company behind the solution was founded in 2016. Its team put a lot of effort and time into creating one of the most modern payment solutions out there, launched in late 2017. Jeton was launched as a solution that provides two services, an eWallet and a voucher. As such, it instantly became a huge hit nationwide.
Soon, the company made sure to regulate it by the UK’s FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), further guaranteeing safety and security. As it widened its scope, the solution expanded across more than 100 countries and territories across the globe. Its users’ pool grew to over 550,000 worldwide users, and that’s how the solution went global.
It today offers over 50 currency options for users to choose from, including cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, so they can easily pay online with it, send and cash out money from it using over 70 of the world’s most popular payment methods. As an added security measure, the solution holds the PCI-DSS Level 1 certificate, so users can rest assured that any money they have on their eWallet accounts/vouchers would be perfectly safe and all of their transactions secure.
Even though the eWallet service is more popular, as an online casino player, you could also use the voucher to make seamless deposits and withdrawals with it. That’s right, the voucher can be used for withdrawals, too, which is rarely the case with solutions of its kind. The best part is, Jeton is accepted across hundreds of online casinos, many Canadian casinos included. You’ll even find several reviewed here at casinoreports.ca, so all you’re left to do is stay with us to learn more about how to start using it!
Getting Started with the Solution
You should know that Jeton has a really informative official website you could explore to find out more about any of the other services offered, such as the money transfer service, but we’ll focus here on the two methods of interest to us, the eWallet and the digital voucher.
Either by visiting the official website or by downloading the mobile app, available at Apple App Store and Google Play Store, you’d be able to initiate the registration process. You can get started with the eWallet via any desktop and mobile device, be it iOS or Android-powered. You’d need to provide some basic personal details about yourself in order to create your account.
To get started with the voucher, you can either visit an authorized retail venue or by visiting the website, too. It comes in a set of denominations, from $10 to $250, and you can purchase it with Canadian dollars, but also so many other supported currencies. If you go with the online option, you’d need to provide personal info and your mobile phone number. If you go with the offline option, you’d just need to pay in cash for the chosen denomination and you can start using it right away.
Now, after you’ve got your voucher, you can actually use it to fund your eWallet account with it. This further puts you at an advantage, since this way, you can purchase the voucher in cash and use that same voucher to fund your eWallet account, and avoid sharing any banking details or details about your other payment methods with the solution! Of course, you can always use standard debit or credit cards offered by VISA or instant bank transfer. You must have a bank account with a bank that supports Jeton to request a transaction via instant banking, and avoid paying any fees. The transaction would be pretty straightforward; you’d need to specify how much you’d like on your eWallet and then enter the required national ID number and banking info.
Depositing and Withdrawing
We introduced Jeton as a payment solution available across hundreds of online casino sites. And we also mentioned that it is available across several Canadian casinos reviewed on our site. Some of these are Black Lion, Casino Planet, and Casoo Casino, to name a few. You’d be happy to learn that it is actually accepted across many, many others, so you could do your own search, too, to find the most suitable for you. As soon as you do, make sure you create an account with it.
To make a deposit with Jeton, all you need to do is:
- Go to the online casino’s Cashier/Deposits page.
- From the list of accepted methods, choose Jeton by pressing its logo.
- If using the voucher, just enter the amount you’d want to deposit and the required card details.
- If using the eWallet, log into your account and enter the amount you’d want to have on your balance.
- Verify and confirm your transaction, and watch the money arrive in your balance instantly!
As suggested, you can use both the eWallet and the voucher for withdrawals, too. This is a huge plus since rarely are vouchers offered for withdrawals. How it works is, you’d still have to have the eWallet account so that you can request the withdrawal via it, but as soon as it arrives, you’ll be able to transfer the money to your voucher easily. That way, you’ll still have your entire winnings on your voucher.
The process would be practically the same. You’d need to search for the solution on the Withdrawals page and then specify how much you’d want to withdraw to your wallet. After the casino check whether your request is legit, it will instantly transfer the money to your eWallet address.
Applicable Fees
Jeton is quite a cost-efficient solution to use. Transactions with it, regardless of whether you’re using the wallet or the voucher, are fee-free.
However, you’d need to pay some fees when funding your wallet account or voucher, but these would be charged depending on the payment method you’re using. Therefore, you’d need to check with these payment methods to see how big of a fee they’re charging.
Accepted Currencies
You can use over50 currencies with Jeton. We said that Canadian dollars are an option, but you can also use Japanese yuan, Brazilian lira, Indian rupees, US dollars, euros and UK pounds, among others.
Where applicable, the solution also offers Bitcoin for funding the account, so you might check out that option, as well.
Coverage
Jeton is truly a global solution. It is accepted basically everywhere across the globe, and Canada is on the list of accepted countries.
Its online casino availability is boosted due to this fact, especially because it is accepted across the key online gambling markets. That’s why you’ll find it across hundreds of casinos, most of which cater to Canadian players.
Customer Support
When you visit Jeton’s official website, you will find a Help page, where you’ll find frequently asked questions answered by its team. You could explore these, but in case you don’t find the answers you were looking for, you can always press the Support button, found in the bottom right corner of the screen, and fill out the contact form. You’d need to enter your name, email, phone number and message. As soon as they have your answer, the Customer Support agents will get in touch with you.
Naturally, if you’re having issues with the deposits and withdrawals at your chosen casino, make sure you contact its Customer Support representatives. They are trained in assisting with problems regarding deposits and withdrawals, so they will help you out immediately.
Conclusion
Jeton basically has no flaws, since it is free and easy to get started with and available across the globe, Canada included. You can use your native currency when transacting with it and fund your account or cash out money from it using world-class payment methods. Both deposits and withdrawals are an option with it, regardless of the service you’re using, and transactions with it are completely safe and monitored by the proper authorities. Add to that the fact that the solution is incredibly convenient to use, and there you have it, the perfect solution to give a try. The best part, though, is that it is available across many Canadian casinos, so make sure you put it on your must-try list, ASAP.

Jeton is a terrible service!! I used it once as I was trying to take advantage of a bonus that specifically required me to use this company. My first issue arose when I tried to make a withdrawal from the casino. Jeton wouldn't accept the payment and required me to send more documentation to verify my account. After a couple of back and forth emails, my account was closed and I no longer had any access to my remaining funds. Multiple attempts later, and the only reason given was some clause in their terms and conditions; a term that I didn't even break. Only after posting a similar negative review on another website was Jeton willing to reopen conversation regarding my account. I chose not to re-engage with them, however, as I feel that they're clearly too shady to do business with.
I really enjoyed using it at first and had no problems, but then suddenly the guidelines changed completely. I had to provide some kind of certificate stating that no money was going to Russia and none was coming in from it, possibly something to do with the war. It was all so complicated and time-consuming and suddenly I had to submit various documents. Then I deleted it and never used it again. Too much work, as there are many alternatives. And it was supposed to enable anonymous payments. And the sums weren't huge and you didn't have to justify yourself. They asked for too much data that wasn't necessary.
I used Jeton a lot a few years ago because I didn't necessarily want to run casino transactions through my personal account. However, a problem kept cropping up, and I stopped using it. I've since switched to another service provider.
I was surprised how quick and easy it is from purchasing a jeton voucher to spending all of the preloaded amount. Literally 19 digits pan number, expiry date and security code generated only for you and your purchases, dont even have to spend it all at once, but can use it for multiple payments until you are out of balance.
Not quite as well known, Jeton is still securing its share of the market. With Jeton, you can make quick and secure deposits at online casinos. Select the Jeton option at the casino cashier, enter the amount, and confirm. The money will be immediately credited to your gaming account. Jeton is available in Germany and offers a simple and secure payment method.
Jeton is a secure, fast payment method with global reach, supporting multiple currencies and cryptocurrencies. Deposits are instant, but withdrawals can take up to 2 days. Some casinos don’t accept it, and fees may apply for certain services. A solid choice for privacy and convenience.
I created an account on Jeton a long time ago but I used it very rarely. But recently this wallet has undergone a thorough revolution which made it very attractive and competitive to others. It's great that they added cards there the design has also changed a lot for the better. It is also a generally available wallet in many casinos. I recommend it with a clear conscience.
I haven't used Jeton Cash yet, but I've heard really good things about this ewallet and card, so will give it a go. Thanks for the tip re Dundle, will purchase the vouchers from there and see if I like it or not. Definitely seen a lot more casinos for SAs using it as both a deposit and withdrawal method.
I have a mixed opinion of Jaton as a deposit in withdrawal method. Well, transactions are fast and freezers are usually low. I personally have found that slow support reply times and some clunkiness in the website lead to me choosing other payment solutions is my preferred ones maybe in the future if jet fixes a few of these small issues I will return to give it a try until then I will stick with what works.
Jeton is my favorite wallet to use in casinos. I've never had any problems with them. Now it's changed a bit and there's even a card provider, it works much better. Deposits to the card are instant, deposits are also from here, and small required deposits to casinos
jeton is a one of the best for me but transferring between credit card and e wallet is too slow . could be option with lithening transfer or other option
I have used Jeton a few times to make deposits and withdrawals and I find it very fast and efficient. Though I have not seen many casinos I play at using the system, which is a pity because it is very quick and efficient
So I pay as good as possible with just a token, with the West Union direct transfer the money is always deposited in the wallet immediately. The only thing that isn't so great is that the payout to your own bank account takes about 24 hours. Otherwise top 👌 and recommended. In addition, most casinos offer this payment method
I have a request to Jeton should they ever have a chance to read my review or get this feedback. even though their platform is virtual card or virtual wallet related, we need them to be able to provide screen shot or statements of payments made. they can provide a reference number but no other info eg. time deposit was made and where...does not reflect
I use two platforms to purchase my Jetoncash vouchers in order to use them as a deposit method, I do have a heton account, but some of the platforms allows the jetoncash deposit options which makes it very easy. I use Dundle as well to buy the vouchers.
Jetoncash is available to Australian players either by depositing from a jeton account or using a Jetoncash voucher which can be purchased at sites such as dundle, seagme and off gamers. The difference is if u use a voucher the minimum deposit is lower than if u pay through your jeton account. Eg. at universl network which includes gudar casino and wcasino the minimum deposit with Jetoncash is €5 or equivalent in other currencies whereas it’s €20 with jeton account. The advantage of using Jetoncash is that you can purchase a €5 voucher. The only disadvantage is that you can only purchase it online through a seller
I’ve had a jeton wallet for quite awhile and find that it’s one of the best ways to do banking at the casinos as the minimum for withdrawal and deposits are usually the lowest using Jeton. It’s all straightforward, easy to sign up and verify with no fees so I recommend using for online casinos.
I am not a user of the jeton wallet, I had a few problems with my deposit not arriving.
