Requested a winnings redemption on July 23, 2023 for $300 via Bitcoin. I then submitted all my KYC documents and was approved/ verified shortly after. I am really not sure how to review or rate this casino. First of all, when I attempted to claim the bonus from the LCB link, a pop up appeared after being directed. Was ready to make a withdrawal and began sending in the KYC documents. First the ID wasn't clear enough had to resend twice. Next the proof of address wasn't good enough. Sent them a credit union statement because they clearly state bank statements are acceptable for proof of address. Next I sent my monthly vehicle insurance statement.
