Ontario Welcomes Two More iGaming Entities

This week, the Province of Ontario has welcomed two more gaming brands to its open iGaming market for private operators. The two latest operators to be licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario are the slot developer Blueprint Gaming and the operators’ site comparison brand Gambling Guy. Both are now preparing for the grand opening next week.

Ontario’s private market for iGaming and sports wagering operators has been a topic of lengthy discussions and major anticipation among local gamblers and sports fans. The new regime kicks off on Monday, April 4, 2022, and it would allow for licensed operators by the AGCO to legally offer their online products and technology in the jurisdiction.

Monday’s the Day

As a licensed gaming-related supplier by the AGCO, Blueprint Gaming will be able to offer its impressive assortment of gaming titles to local audiences. The developer shared that it has prepared over 50 titles from its portfolio for both other operators and players when the market kicks off. Including its hits The Goonies, Ted, Sausage Party, and Deal or No Deal games.

On top of that, the iGaming supplier plans on launching an updated version of its Jackpot King progressive jackpot system. The product is now rebranded to Jackpot Royale, and it has been altered to meet the requirement and liquidity of Canadian bettors. Jo Purvis, Director of Key Accounts and Marketing UK at the company said that the market could be one of the largest ones in the industry.

On the other hand, GamblingGuy will also be able to launch its gaming-related offerings in Canada’s most populous province. On the website, the company provides insight into the current market and its best products at the time. This is served by the corporation’s experienced team of gambling experts which is already helping players out in Australia, the US, and Germany.

Owner of the website, Peter Rostowski, shared a few words about the company’s achievement. He assured gamblers that the team behind the website has taken considerable time to ensure that it is well-prepared for the launch in Ontario. Mr. Rostowski noted that they are quite excited about the potential of the market, and are looking forward to providing top-class gaming content to the locals.

Operator Count Grows Bigger

Previously, the AGCO has given its regulatory approval to Kindred Group’s online betting brand, Unibet. When the market goes live on Monday, players will be able to try out the platform’s offerings on on.unibet.ca or by downloading the cutting-edge app on their Android and iOS devices. And then enjoy its gaming and sports betting products at any time from any place within the province.

Ontario gamblers will be pleased to find out that there will be plenty of variety when the market goes live next week. The province expects at least 20 sportsbooks to be ready for the launch, including theScore Bet. The company is already making its first step of introducing its content to locals as it started a campaign titled “Get Into Bet Mode”, which shed more light on its “Bet Mode” feature.
