OLG and Mr. Saturday Partner in Lotto Max “Dream Drop”

This week, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and Lotto Max revealed a partnership with Toronto-based clothing brand Mr. Saturday on an innovative collaboration. The team-up is named Lotto Max “Dream Drop”, and the 400 items, limited-edition collection comes with a scannable code, which can be used as a year-long Lotto Max subscription.

For instance, if Ontarians purchase one of the clothing items from the said Mr. Saturday’s collection, they would be able to scan the label and use it as a Lotto Max entry once a week. Then, they can be in contention for the game’s large cash prizes, such as its grand jackpot that can reach the mind-blowing CA$70 million or one of its many Maxmillion prizes.

Engaging Younger Demographic

Kim Clark, VP Lottery and Customer Success at OLG commented that with Lotto Max “Dream Drop”, the Crown agency is trying to engage young adults in Ontario to dream to the max. She described the campaign as one of short-term, edgy creative, and exclusive fashion nature, which will certainly appeal to younger audiences and their affinity for fashion and exclusivity.

Furthermore, Ms. Clark explained that through the campaign, the OLG will be funding important initiatives. And that Mr. Saturday’s style would allow the Crown to reach the hearts of younger Ontarian adults, while also giving back. Proceeds from the promotion would be channeled towards BLACK HXOUSE, which is tasked with empowering BIPOC individuals with mentorship, tools, learning opportunities, network, and more to realize their potential.

In order to celebrate the launch of the campaign, Lotto Max and Mr. Saturday will organize a pop-up shop and event for the public. It will be held from March 25 through 27, 2022, and the full collection will be available to shop at retail for Ontario residents who are at least 18 of age. The designer informs that the Mr. Saturday x Lotto Max “Dream Drop” collection will include a hoodie worth CA$200, as well as sweatpants, coaches’ jackets also priced at CA$200.
