In a new partnership with Kindbridge Behavioral Health, a telehealth provider focused on problem gambling and mental health, High Roller is putting its emphasis on responsible gaming. The deal is designed to offer players in Ontario confidential support and education, along with free treatment options, if they choose to self-exclude.

Seth Young, CEO of High Roller, expressed the company’s commitment to responsible gambling, saying, ā€œPartnering with Kindbridge reinforces our commitment to player wellbeing by ensuring that anyone who may be experiencing challenges with their gambling activity has access to meaningful, professional support.ā€ Young emphasized that the collaboration reflects High Roller’s values as a trusted operator putting players’ needs first.

Kindbridge, known for working with major operators like DraftKings and BetMGM, specializes in early-intervention programs designed to support at-risk individuals. Daniel Umfleet, CEO of Kindbridge, highlighted the importance of creating accessible pathways to support, noting, “Operators are uniquely positioned to assist individuals who may be experiencing distress by helping connect them to appropriate care.”

High Roller Gears Up for Ontario and Alberta Launches

The Las Vegas-based operator isn’t just focused on Ontario. After applying for an iGaming license with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) in May 2025, High Roller is also looking to enter Alberta’s market when it opens later in 2026. Young has previously expressed confidence that High Roller’s flagship casino brand will be a perfect fit for Ontario’s crowded online gaming market.

Beyond Ontario, High Roller is expanding its reach across North America and even into sports betting. The company signed a deal with Altenar, a sports betting technology provider, to manage its B2B sports betting software solution. This announcement aligns with Young’s comments about eventually offering sports betting in Ontario, adding another layer to High Roller’s product mix.

Plans to Break into U.S. Prediction Markets

High Roller isn’t stopping at iGaming and sports betting. In an unexpected twist, the company announced plans to launch prediction markets in the U.S.Ā The company has partnered with Crypto.com to offer ā€œevent-based prediction marketsā€ under federal oversight by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The markets will cover a variety of sectors, from finance and entertainment to sports.

Investment and Future Growth

To fuel these rapid expansions, High Roller has secured multiple strategic partnerships, including a US$1 million investment from Saratoga Casino Holdings, which operates brick-and-mortar casinos across several states. Young shared the company’s future ambitions, saying, ā€œWe remain focused on expanding our regulated market opportunities, diversifying our product portfolio, supercharging our consumer base, strengthening operational execution, and maintaining disciplined capital allocation to support long-term value creation.ā€

With these exciting developments, High Roller is on track to make a significant impact on the Canadian iGaming market—and beyond.
