Gaming Corps Expands Global RGS Deal for Increased Game Production

Gaming-Corps-Doubles-Monthly-Game-Production-Under-Expanded-RGS-DealGaming Corps AB, the publicly listed Swedish developer, has announced a major expansion to its Remote Game Server (RGS) production agreement with global iGaming group Degen Game Studios. Effective August 2025, the company will double its monthly release schedule under the deal, producing two new game titles per month at an initial rolling annual order value of SEK 28 million.

The development follows the June 2025 strategic partnership with major shareholder Denwena Limited, a collaboration that has significantly accelerated Gaming Corps’ growth ambitions and increased demand for its original game content. CEO Juha Kauppinen highlighted the significance of this step, noting that the RGS arrangement has now been doubled for a second time.

ā€œOur close cooperation with Denwena Limited gives us the opportunity to write completely new chapters in Gaming Corps’ journey. It is difficult to find much stronger evidence of this than the fact that the RGS agreement is now being doubled for the second time, which means that from now on we will deliver two games per month to the game studio Degen Game Studios. We are also having interesting discussions with other game studios who are interested in our RGS offering due to our strong distribution network and our innovative unique game engines,ā€ Kauppinen said.

Scaling Production Capacity

To meet the increased production schedule, Gaming CorpsĀ is strengthening its game development organisation through targeted recruitment and investment. Kauppinen confirmed that part of the agreement is prepaid, allowing the company to expand its development capacity without seeking external financing.

ā€œAfter the agreement with Denwena was signed, we have taken some early costs to strengthen several parts of our organization. This is a work that is now continuing and we are putting a lot of effort into finding the very best talents in each area to continue delivering unique products to the market. Here I am a little extra proud that we managed to negotiate an advance payment on parts of the agreement, which helps us to both manage our cash flow in a smart way and finance a relatively heavy but absolutely necessary investment in our game production organization. We look forward to the income from both the collaboration and our regular operations increasing in the future, as we work towards achieving profitability in 2025,ā€ he added.

Building on a Broader Growth Strategy

The expanded RGS deal is a central element in Gaming Corps’ push to become a leading B2B content provider in the iGaming sector. Its focus on proprietary game engines, combined with a widening distribution network, positions the company to attract additional partnerships and boost long-term profitability.

This latest agreement builds on previous milestones in the company’s distribution strategy. In August 2022, Gaming Corps partnered with aggregator and API framework provider Hub88, bringing its entire iGaming portfolio — including growing categories such as Mine Games and Multiplier Games — to Hub88’s global network of affiliated operators across Asia and Europe. That earlier deal reflected the company’s commitment to expanding reach and visibility for its content in key markets.

With production now set to double, Gaming Corps is signalling both its operational readiness and its intent to leverage strategic alliances for sustained growth in the competitive global gaming market.
