So... I don't even know HOW to proceed with this casino. Terrible experience, played there for a couple of years, was quite a high VIP level, I wrote a well thought out email to support giving some negative but constructive feedback about the so called "VIP" system and got really badly written 1 line reply to which I replied bluntly expressing my disappointment in the way I was treated given how much money I had spent there which obviously offended the support person.
