FansUnite Reviews 2022 and Hints 2023 Expansion Plans

As the calendar 2022 is coming to a close, British Columbia-located FansUnite Entertainment provided its latest corporate update. The betting brand recapped its massively successful year during which it managed to advance its business and set new revenue records. Also, the company provided some idea of what is to come in 2023 from its strategic growth plan.

The firm is a leading sports and entertainment one, which provides technology for regulated online gaming. Via its leading iGaming platform Chameleon, the brand offers a full suite of gaming solutions for sports and esports products. In addition to that, the company also operates B2C sportsbook brands such as McBookie in Scotland and VamosGG in Brazil.

2022 in Review

FansUnite recorded significant revenue growth with total revenue of CA$20.08 million as of September 30, 2022. This was the highest number for nine-month period for the company. The increase can be explained via its subsidiary, American Affiliate Co. through its live activation brand Betting Hero. Also, the company saw an increase in volume on McBookie in Scotland and DragonBet in Wales.

Also, in 2022, the firm secured many B2B partnerships. For instance, in August, the brand struck a licensing agreement with Betr Holdings for its Player Account Management software. Prior to that in July, the company announced a three-year licensing agreement with Lovell Brothers Limited to launch a new website dragonbet.co.uk. The latter is a popular Welsh bookmaker and owner of DragonBet.

In addition to that, the B.C. company also teamed up with Thimba Media Limited. Via the deal, the latter will oversee all marketing and customer acquisition operations for the company’s VamosGG. Also, its Betting Hero continued to expand into new markets and reached 18 North American states and provinces. Soon the brand will debut in Ohio and Massachusetts.

It should be also noted that in 2022, the betting company earned gaming supplier licenses for two major betting markets on the continent: Ontario and Ohio. At the start of the calendar year, the B.C. brand appointed Dennis Williams as Payments Director. The former British Columbia Lottery Corporation employee assumed the position on January 10, 2022.

Growth Initiatives for 2023

For next year, the gambling company plans to continue its growth by implementing streamlined operations and optimizing cost initiatives. Currently, the firm reviews some of its businesses to determine potential synergies or areas for optimization. Via its agreement, with Thimba Media, the corporation will be also able to assess similar opportunities to streamline other business areas.

Last but not least, it intends to concentrate on growing better revenue numbers and cash-flowing business segments. The plan is to expand to new North American states who legalize iGaming and online sports betting, while also allocating more funds and efforts to its McBookie. This way it will be able to drive more user engagement and traffic, which has a proven track record of generating strong turnover.
