Caesars Windsor Highlights 2021 Live Events Schedule

Caesars Windsor is attempting to stay on top of its schedule of live events and entertainment possibilities even during the unprecedented situation the world is in right now. The Colosseum remains the most significant event venue in the region and it recently issued an updated schedule of its live performances and which postponed shows will take place in 2021.

Caesars Windsor is currently seeking ways in which it could reopen safely and still take into account all health protocols coming with Stage 3 of the business reopening plan in Ontario. Mid-July, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation made it clear that a casino reopening across the province will have to happen in a gradual manner.

While the casino hotspot of the Windsor-Essex area is seeking ways in which it could reopen safely and welcome as many patrons as possible, its more family-friendly offerings are also issuing an update. The Colosseum is the event center adjacent to the casino resort, making it one of the hottest areas in the region with live shows every week.

While the event venue remains closed for the time being, updates on its schedule will be useful for the people planning their future and looking forward to live events returning to the area. Some of the canceled or postponed events for the year 2020 have been rescheduled with new dates in 2021 and locals should anticipate their return. The first confirmed live performance at The Colosseum is the one of Pitbull on March 28, 2021.

The month of May is expected to witness three shows by Sebastian Maniscalco with dates between May 19 and May 21, due to the projected popular demand. June 2021 is about to be a heated month for the melomaniacs, as it is scheduled to see two live performance dates. REO Speedwagon is expected to have a live event on June 4, whereas Schitt’s Creek will have a performance on June 27.

Individuals that have purchased tickets for these postponed shows will have the chance to use them for the new dates and make their way into the venue. In case these dates don’t work for them people can request a refund through Ticketmaster. The refunds should be done at the original point of sale of the ticket.

Local fans should also bear in mind that the month of July 2021 is also expected to see a live performance of Bachman Cummings on July 25. The last live performance that has been rescheduled at this point is the one of Shinedown on August 7, 2021. Fans should keep their eyes peeled for more updates on other previously postponed shows.

Those include the live performances of Ice Cube, Jason Derulo, Bill Burr, as well as Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons. The Colosseum also highlights that there have been some canceled shows. They range from Loverboy & George Thorogood, Styx, and Tony Bennett to Kesha, Tash Sultana, and the Steve Miller Band.
