Leading iGaming platform supplier, White Hat Gaming, has now made its official debut in Michigan’s regulated online gaming sector. The move was achieved through its subsidiary content division, White Hat Studios, which has agreed to supply its premium slots, jackpots, RNG, table games, and other kinds of content to BetMGM in the jurisdiction.
The studio is a rather new one as it was created in 2021 via the acquisition of an RGS brand and a gaming catalogue from Blueprint Gaming, which is one of the leading content supplier names in the European iGaming industry. And for the first time, the studio will offer content from Blueprint Gaming, Reel Time, Merkur, and Lucksome Studios to U.S. audiences, and in this case Michigan.
Exploring New Markets
Thanks to the agreement with the leading gaming brand BetMGM, White Hat Studios will now be able to legally offer its content in Michigan through the leader’s app. The studio offers a plethora of iGaming offerings, including slots, jackpots, RNG, table and instant-win titles. In addition to that, it will also work on consistently delivering new and innovative titles to the market.
White Hat Studios’ titles have a tremendous track record in numerous European markets, and it will be certainly warmly welcomed by North American gamblers. Soon Michigan players will be able to enjoy the provider’s greatest hits such as Ted, Deal or No Deal, and Peaky Blinders. This entry is expected to be the first of many in regulated U.S. markets.
Andy Whitworth, Chief Executive Officer for the iGaming supplier, commented that the company is pleased to be going live in the US and in Michigan in particular with BetMGM. He claimed that the company’s gaming titles are tried and tested and that the provider is quite optimistic about how well US players will welcome the product.
Mr. Whitworth, continued by saying that the studio has enjoyed a flying start to its operations after it was launched less than a year ago. He said that since the start, the experience has been an incredible ride, and he believes that Michigan’s entry is a milestone achievement for the provider. In his words, the next step would be to go live with the 15+ operators, the studio has signed with.
The Operator
BetMGM is one of the largest betting operators in the industry, and it operates in numerous online gaming markets on the continent. In April, the company joined Ontario’s online gaming markets for private operators, and its world-class BetMGM Sportsbook is available to play for locals.
