This year’s edition of the CasinoBeats Summit is coming this week, as the annual event will be once again taking place at the InterContinental in St Julian’s, Malta. The conference & exhibition returns to its full potential this week, after being held in a limited capacity last year. The summit starts on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, and it will run through May 26, 2022.
CasinoBeats Summit is an annual event that brings together leaders of the iGaming industry, where they discuss important aspects of the digital sector. At the expo, companies from all around the world can also present their latest project, discuss joint projects, and talk about the future of the industry. Once again, the event will be held at the InterContinental in St Julian’s.
What to Expect?
This edition of the annual conference is set to feature over 2,000 senior executive delegates in person, as well as 160 expert speakers who will discuss the next generation of technology and games. The event starts on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, with the KPMG eSummit @ Westin Dragonara, later during the day there will be a Pre-Registration & Networking Drinks at 19:30 CEST.
On Wednesday, at 9:00, visitors can tune in to the CasinoBeats Summit Exhibition, as leading suppliers from the industry will showcase their products. Here, they are expected to present the latest online video slots, new casino games, affiliate marketing, payment solutions, and more. Then at 10:00, the first day of the CasinoBeats Summit Conference will commence, which is also scheduled to feature leaders from the iGaming world.
Some of the speakers at the conference include CEO of Malta Gaming Authority, Carl Brincat, Head of Responsible Gambling and Research for Kindred Group, Maris Catania, CEO of Luckbox, Thomas Rosander, President and COO of Bragg Gaming Group, Lara Falzon, Head of Media for Betsson, Ulrich Gilot, CEO of Avatar UX, Nicola Longmuir, and many more.
On the last day, guests can enjoy another exhibition and conference, which again start at 9:00 and 10:00 respectively. The annual expo will close with the usual CasinoBeats Summit Closing Party at 21:00 on Thursday, and the CasinoBeats Game Developer Awards Ceremony at 19:00. The awards will take place at Hilton Malta and visitors will require separate tickets to enter.
The 2021 Running
After the unfortunate events of 2020, CasinoBeats Summit returned last July. Due to health and safety concerns, the gambling expo was held in both in-person and online variants on July 14, and July 15, 2021. Despite the limited capacity, the in-person event was once again held at the InterContinental, and the event was sponsored by Casino Malta, KPMG, and Gaming Malta.
In March this year, the organizer, SBC Americas, inked an important agreement to acquire the rights of the Canadian Gaming Summit. Canadian Gaming Summit. In order to celebrate the agreement, the company hosted a Special Gaming Industry Reception on April 4, 2022, which was the day, that Ontario entered a new chapter by opening up its new iGaming market.
