Lotto Max Jackpot in Search of a Winner

Currently, Lotto Max is looking for its next winner. According to reports from Canada’s lotteries institutions, the jackpot during the last Friday’s round for the game has remained intact, as no ticket from the country, matched the seven winning numbers from the draw. The main prize stood at the impressive amount of CA$24 million but no one got lucky enough to grab it.

Lotto Max is a nationwide lottery game that offers huge winning possibilities with jackpots that can reach the stunning amount of CA$70,000,000. Once the main prize passes the CA$50 million mark, the draw can also provide several Maxmillion rewards to its players each worth CA$1 million. The draws for the game are held every Tuesday and Friday.

No Winners

Unfortunately for all participants of last Friday’s draw of Lotto Max, the round did not determine a winner for the big CA$24 million jackpot. No ticket from the country’s provinces matched the seven drawn numbers on Friday, but players will have another shot at the hefty prize again on Tuesday. For the November 2 draw, the jackpot will grow to CA$29 million.

Lotto 6/49 which is another quite popular draw-based in Canada also did not determine a winner last week. The Saturday’s draw for the game had a jackpot of CA$8 million, but no one from the country managed to snatch it. The round determined that the guaranteed CA$1 million prize goes to a Quebec resident. The jackpot for the next draw will now be CA$10 million.

Winning Ticket Found

Last week, the British Columbia Lottery Corporation revealed that Gary Muchula from Vancouver is the proud winner of CA$10.2 million jackpot from the October 20 draw of Lotto 6/49. After claiming his substantial prize at a BCLC office the football fan shared more on his winning and that he purchased the fateful ticket from London Drugs at Park Royal.

Mr. Muchula who is a huge football fan now reveals that he is one step closer to realizing his dream of going to the Super Bowl. The winner says that he had to check his ticket a few times since he was not sure that the winning number was right. With the money, Mr. Muchula also plans to take some time off and organize a vacation to Barbados during the Christmas holidays.

Sask. Resident Claims Record-Breaking Prize

Also, last week, Matthew Poppels from Saskatoon claimed his Lotto Max jackpot prize from the October 19 draw of the game. His winnings account to CA$55,000,000 and it took Mr. Poppels only eight days to claim his life-changing reward. This is the second-largest lottery win in the history of Saskatchewan with the biggest being worth CA$60,000,000.

Mega Burnaby Lotto Max Winner Also Revealed

Western Canadians have enjoyed plenty of significant lottery winnings over the course of last month. The BCLC announced the winner of the big Lotto Max jackpot worth CA$70 million and her name is Burnaby’s, Christine Lauzon. The winner shared that she won the hefty prize after selecting her numbers randomly with the Quick Pick option, and thus emerging victorious in the September 28 round.
