I actually was very surprised to see Mr. O Casino on the list of awards for this past year. I honestly didn’t care for it. The fact that they don’t have any regulation scares me to death, especially in this day and time and the few times I played there I couldn’t seem to win anything. I recently played at Mr.O Casino AND I claimed a deposit bonus (“BEACHPLEASE”) with clear wagering requirements, which I fully completed. After meeting the requirement, I played 11 small blackjack bets AFTER attempting withdrawal. The casino voided ALL of my winnings, ($1900.00):not just the ones from the blackjack bets, citing an obscure rule (Clause 6.5) that says bonus restrictions apply even after wagering is complete until you withdraw or claim a new bonus. This is not standard practice at most licensed casinos. They also restricted play to “NP slots” without ever defining what “NP slots” means in the actual bonus terms. When questioned, they claimed it was “self-explanatory” and that I should have asked support — which shifts the burden to the player instead of making terms clear and transparent. Key points players should be aware of: Restrictions apply after wagering completing even if you think you’ve cleared the bonus. “NP slots” is not defined in their terms, creating confusion. A single violation means they can take everything, even from otherwise valid play. They are currently unlicensed, so there’s no regulatory body to mediate disputes. Similar to eternal casino but after using a few daily spins they no longer would award them as they said I hit the limit and any bonuses I've had after with winnings after the playthrough have been voided even if they credit the chip or spins.
