Fallsview Casino Resort Posts Live Show Schedule for New Theatre

The wait is nearly over, as Fallsview Casino Resort is finally going to launch its new multi-million entertainment centre. Officially branded OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino which is on schedule to launch this fall, now has its first set of performers. Patrons are in for a treat as the casino has revealed prominent names such as Michael Bolton, +LIVE+ and more.

OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino centre has been in development for quite some time, and its launch has been delayed multiple times. The new 5,000-seat-venue was on schedule to open at the start of 2020, however, the world was then struck by the unprecedented situation, which took a heavy toll on the casino industry. And after fixing some sound issues the venue is now ready to open.

Schedule Revealed

Fallsview Casino Resort announced that the first show at the multi-million theatre will be performed by the +LIVE+ on October 29, 2022. The band was immensely popular in the mid-’90s with their hit album “Throwing Copper”, which sold over eight million copies and introduced hits such as “Selling the Drama,” and “I Alone”. Tickets for the spectacle start at CA$40.

Asian pop star Joey Yung is also set to take over the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino, as he is scheduled to perform at the theatre on November 20, 2022. Mr. Yung was initially scheduled to entertain back in 2020, however, his show was rescheduled to the unprecedented situation. Tickets for his concert start at CA$65 and are now on sale.

The iconic Michael Bolton, who is a regular performing artist at the casinos’ Avalon Theatre is also set to entertain at the new venue. His show is slated for December 16, 2022, while also expected to perform a Christmas and greatest hits show. Tickets for his display start at CA$35. In addition to that, the Avalon Theatre will again host the popular “Christmas on Ice”.

The holiday-themed “Christmas on Ice” is set to once again transform the Avalon Theatre’s stage into an ice skating rink, and entertain guests with national championship skaters and dancers. The spectacle debut on November 24, 2022, and it will run through December 9, 2022. Tickets start from CA$25 and along with Michael Bolton’s show will go on sale on Friday, September 23, 2022.

A few months back, the President of Niagara Casinos, Richard Taylor, revealed that the launch of the new entertainment venue was again on hold due to some operational requirements. He elaborated that there were sound issues. As they are now fixed and the new facility is ready to launch, the company is expected to announce a grand opening performance for the official start of its operations.

OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino is connected to the gaming property via a new walkway. It impresses with state-of-the-art sound and lights systems, and an unobstructed view from every seat. Therefore, providing a unique experience for every guest. The theatre will also offer food and beverage amenities, which will be accessible via the glass corridor.
