Ontario Residents Triumphs with CA$21 million in Lotto 6/49

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation reveals that someone from the province has hit big numbers from the Lotto 6/49 game. The winner, however, has not yet contacted the Crown agency in order to claim his or her prize of over CA$21 million. The lucky player has 52 weeks to claim their prize before the jackpot expires.

Lotto 6/49 has two rounds every week, one on Wednesday and one on Saturday. The game offers rewards with life-changing opportunities, with the main prize often in the millions. Every draw also offers a Guaranteed CA$1 million prize. Thanks to its generous rewards the game is one of the preferred choices among Canadian lottery enthusiasts.

Prize Not Claimed

The Crown corporation revealed that an Ontario resident is now significantly richer as he has won the Lotto 6/49 jackpot. The ticket was purchased online on OLG.ca and is now worth CA$$21,185,218.10. However, the winner has not yet contacted the company to claim it, that is why the Crown advises all players from the province to check their tickets.

Additionally, the OLG reports another winning ticket worth over CA$127,259.29 that was sold in Scarborough. Players can check their tickets about possible winning by visiting the corporation’s official website OLG.ca or contacting the agency’s winners line at 416-870-8946. The jackpot for the next draw on September 25 was CA$5 million and its winning numbers were 03, 08, 10, 35, 46 & 48, and bonus 17.

Lotto Max Prizes Grow Biggers

Canada’s other most popular lottery game Lotto Max continues to accumulate as the grand prize was still not won with the last draw on Friday. The jackpot stood at CA$65 million but no one was fortunate enough to win it. Also, the September 24 draw for the game featured the impressive eight Maxmillion prize, each worth CA$1 million. However, they also remained intact.

Players should not get discouraged as the main prize will now grow even bigger and there will be even more Maxmillion prizes up for grabs. The next draw is today on September 28, 2021, and the jackpot will now be CA$70,000,000. In addition to that, there will be now 13 Maxmillion prizes for participants to play for.

Winners Revealed

Last week, the Western Canada Lottery Corporation revealed one more major winner from the country’s lottery. Dennis Hines and his family from Alberta have won the hefty amount of CA$18,000,000 thanks to the July 10 draw of the game. Mr. Hines now plans to share the generous prize with his family and donate some of it to charity.

This September the British Columbia Lottery Corporation announced the identity of another set of winners with Donald and Janice MacDonald from Victoria winning big from Lotto 6/49. The couple has been fortunate enough to see their tickets drawn as the winner of a Guaranteed prize in the July 28 round. Their prize is over CA$1,000,000, and they now plan to celebrate the joyous occasion and think of a way to spend the money.
