Jackpot Digital again demonstrates that it is on the right path of expansion, as the gambling provider announces a major deal. Most recently, the British Columbia-based company announced that it has inked a Master Services Agreement with PENN Entertainment. The latter is one of the United States’ largest casino operators with 43 properties across 20 states.
Headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., Jackpot Digital is a leading developer of electronic table games for the cruise ship and the lawful casino industries. The gaming provider is known for its multiplayer gaming products, such as poker and casino games, which are underlined by a robust suite of backend tools for operators to efficiently control and utilize according to their activities.
Details on the Partnership
As part of the Master Services Agreement with PENN Entertainment, the Canadian supplier is set to deliver its world-class products to the land-based casino operator. The agreement also lays the ground for the terms for all future installations of the provider’s industry-leading Jackpot Blitz® ETGs across PENN’s casino in North America and sharing revenue from it.
In the press release, which announced the agreement, the B.C. gaming brand shared that it expects to deliver its first orders to the operator in early 2023. But in order to do so, the company would require customary regulatory approvals. A further announcement about the installation of ETGs is expected to come shorty from the table games manufacturer.
President & CEO of the supplier, Jake Kalpakian stated that the demand for Jackpot Blitz® ETGs has increased drastically since the latest reopening of casino properties across the industry. The senior executive explained this via the macro-trend towards automation in the sector. He also shared his excitement about extending their PENN Entertainment partnership and continuing work together.
Over the last several months, Jackpot Digital has signed several important partnership agreements to expand its operations into the Unites States’ regulated casino industry. For instance, in October 2022, the company agreed to deliver and install two Jackpot Blitz® machines at Sac & Fox Casino. The gaming amenity is located in Kansas, U.S. and it bolsters its already exceptional gaming options.
In October, the company also announced the sale of two Jackpot Blitz® dealerless poker ETGs to an international casino customer. The client in question is a commercial casino group located in Vietnam which owns and operates multiple casino properties in the country. Each table was sold for US$75,000 resulting in total gross revenue of US$150,000 for the company.
Then in November, the B.C. firm build once more on its U.S. momentum. The provider inked a partnership agreement with Chumash Casino Resort in Santa Ynez, California. As part of the deal, the manufacturer incorporated four of its cutting-edge Jackpot Blitz® ETGs into the establishment’s casino floor. The casino touts a 94,000-square-foot floor with over 2,300 Slots, 45 tables, and a Bingo Room.
