A live broadcast of the fireside chat discussions will be provided on Bragg Gaming Group’s Investor Relations website. In addition to that, there will also be an on-demand replay of the presentation.
Previously, the gaming aggregator has also participated in the Global Gaming Expo 2021, which was held earlier this year in The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. At the gaming convention, the company was assigned at booth #1616, and it had the opportunity to showcase its cutting-edge gaming technology as well as casino content from its subsidiary studios.
During the expo, which was held on October 4, 2021, the company present gaming content from its Wild Streak Gaming, ORYX Gaming, and the recently acquired Spin Games. At the convention, the gaming leader has also presented its newly branded FUZE™ Player Engagement Platform for iGaming, which was developed by ORYX Gaming, which features an impressive set of gamification and player tools, that will certainly bolster player’s experience.
New CEO Assigned
More recent news from Bragg Gaming Group included the appointment of a new Interim CEO. The position is now assumed by Paul Godfrey who is the former Chair of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and has plenty of valuable experience under his belt, and he was already at the company serving as Chair of the Board of Directors.
The change from the company was made after the Board made a strategic review of the overall performance of the company, as well as an assessment of the current CEO position. Despite the company’s immense growth over the last few quarters, the Board believes that it is underperforming in the public market. Mr. Godfrey will have to put his expertise into work, while the company seeks a replacement.
