The iGaming developer confirmed that it has been shortlisted for Best Slot Provider – Baltics & Nordics, Best Game Studio (Regional Impact) – Baltics & Nordics, and the Industry Impact Award – Baltic & Nordics. Individual nominations were also awarded to Chief Commercial Officer Andrzej Hyla and Chief Executive Officer Michal Imiolek.

The nominations arrive during a period of continued expansion for Wazdan across regulated markets in Europe and other regions. The company stated that the shortlist reflects the performance of its slot portfolio, ongoing regional activity, and the role it continues to play within the wider industry.

Leadership and Product Portfolio Receive Recognition

According to Wazdan, the nominations highlight both the company’s commercial growth and the leadership team overseeing its strategy. The supplier linked its Best Slot Provider nomination to its approach to creating titles with recognisable mechanics, distinct visual presentation, and features aimed at long-term operator performance.

Its place in the Best Game Studio (Regional Impact) category also points to the company’s efforts within Baltic and Nordic markets, where Wazdan has continued to supply operators with titles adapted to local market demands and player preferences.

The Industry Impact Award nomination covers broader activity across the business, including product development, support for operator partners, and expansion throughout regulated territories. The company also stated that the executive nominations for Imiolek and Hyla recognise their leadership approach and contribution to the company’s direction.

Andrzej Hyla, Chief Commercial Officer at Wazdan, said:

ā€œBeing shortlisted in five categories at the Baltic & Nordics Gaming Awards is a very rewarding recognition for Wazdan and for the whole team behind our journey.

These nominations reflect many different parts of the business, from the strength of our slot portfolio and regional activity to the leadership and people who continue to move the company forward. We have always focused on making a real impact in the iGaming industry by going above and beyond for our partners, and it is fantastic to see that approach recognised across such important categories.ā€

The awards nominations add to a busy period for the supplier as it continues preparing for upcoming industry events and regional showcases.

Several titles are expected to feature prominently at the showcase. Among them is 9 Balls, a football-themed release linked to growing interest ahead of the 2026 World Cup. The supplier stated that the game was designed to combine elements associated with sports engagement and casino entertainment.

Wazdan will also present Ox Coinā„¢, a title influenced by Asian-inspired themes and aimed at markets including Brazil and other territories where that style continues to attract players. Another featured game will be Mighty Crownā„¢: Empire of Gold, a slot developed with Latin American audiences in mind.

The company stated that visitors attending SBC Summit Americas will be able to meet members of the Wazdan team and discuss partnership opportunities connected to changing market conditions across North and Latin America.
