This time, the Ontario-based brand has inked an agreement with Genius Sports, thus securing the latter as an official data partner. It will also enable broader pre-game and live in-game betting options for NorthStar Gaming’s customers.
The Ontario-based brand is relatively new to the iGaming sector, but it offers unique and responsible gaming opportunities in the province. Through its activities, the company secures tax revenue for the local economy, and it utilizes other media brands to leverage its exciting sports content, strong brands, and local roots in the recently regulated market of Ontario.
Agreement Struck
By becoming an official data partner to NorthStar Gaming and its online platform, NorthStar Bets, players of the latter will have more pre-game and live in-game betting opportunities. Genius Sports’ PreMatch, LiveData and LiveTrading solutions are supported by the best-in-class quality official data which will provide players with real-time feeds and pin-point pricing across thousands of markets.
Currently, NorthStar Bets offers an immense variety of betting options to its Ontarian audiences, which are now bolstered by the new agreement. After being regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, NorthStar Gaming has been made available in Ontario. The province’s opened up its legal online gaming and sports betting market on April 4, 2022, and the company has made it into the new framework. Its NorthStar Bets platform debuted in May 2022, and its broad variety of content is available to play.
Ontario’s brand-new private market has been the topic of some lengthy discussions in the industry.
