Casino Days launched in 2020, according to its Canadian site, and runs three separate versions for Canadian players. Which one you use depends on where you are when you play, and each has its own company, licence and terms:

Ontario (casinodays.com/on): run by Golden Nebula Limited, a Malta company, and registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (registration OPIG1545684). Rest of Canada (casinodays.com/ca): run by Indigo Nova Limited of Nicosia, Cyprus, under Client Provider Authorization 01054 from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Payments may be processed by Privado Limited, also of Nicosia.

We took these details from each version’s own terms and conditions in November 2026. Casino Days’ global site, outside Canada, is run by a different company, White Star B.V., under a Curaçao licence. The rest-of-Canada terms list the USA, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies and Curaçao as restricted territories, and Canada isn’t on that list.

Casino Days is one of the few brands licensed in both of Canada’s regulated provinces, so players in those provinces can use a provincially licensed site. Elsewhere in Canada, the main site offers a very large game library, more than 1,000 live tables and solid Interac limits, under a Kahnawake licence. The downsides are deposit-only cards, slower bank transfers and three sets of terms to keep track of. Read the terms for your province before you deposit.
